We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be key in driving our brand's social media presence and achieving our marketing objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu etc.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, and propose innovative strategies to leverage new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and integration across channels.
- Stay informed about relevant industry events, news, and developments to identify potential marketing opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends in social media, and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven at least 2 years experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and consumer behavior.
